This is an address that consistently delivers on its promises. Hidden beneath an espuma of Old Roeselare beer, crisp asparagus and veal tartare form an enticing hot-and-cold dish. Original and successful is a croquette of Oosterschelde eel with algae mayonnaise. Juicy, almost melting lamb is elevated by a trio of sauces with vadouvan, black garlic, and wild garlic oil, all perfectly balanced. Finally, a beautifully presented tiramisu with hints of tonka bean and the freshness of matcha and raspberries.





Bistro le Nord presents itself as a contemporary bistro with a clear identity. Behind its understated façade lies a warm, modern interior with a Mediterranean touch, led by owner Dimitri who welcomes guests in the dining room. In the kitchen, the team builds on a French-Belgian foundation, subtly enhanced with southern and global influences. This is reflected in dishes such as red mullet with a beurre blanc enriched by Kalamata olives for added depth, or a juicy poussin glazed with char siu and brightened with citrus notes.
